Consistently high quality of accommodation, facilities, food and efficiency.

This hotel delivered exactly what it promised. In fact it delivered much more! We stayed for 27 consecutive nights. Standards were maintained throughout. Beds were comfortable. Food was lovely. Pool was great. Staff were amazing.

Best hotel

Very cozy and clean room, high quality cosmetics, there is a fridge in the room, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, very kind and nice stuff, breakfast is delicious.

Too many ruzzians but that's everywhere and not the fault of the hotel

Very Good

Hotel looks like new. Breakfast is very good, and stuff is very helpful. We had rooms on an opposite side of restaurant lane, and hotel located far from the main road so it was very quiet and calm. It is good for family stay. The parking lot for cars is on the Basement floor, going down by elevator.

Six night stay. Three adults.

Great location, quiet area. Friendly staff. Clean. Was able to borrow a umbrella when it was raining.

The room (505) we had for three people lacked some shelf/hanging space. Room had a small balcony. Breakfast not replenished very well after 1000am (went at this time to avoid rush).

Spotless and Efficient but Lacking in Character

I spent a night at JonoX Hotel and found everything in working order – the place is new and super clean. The staff were nice and the bed was really comfortable. There was some noise from the hall due to my room’s location near the lifts, but it wasn’t constant. The balcony was tiny and just faced a wall, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, while everything functioned well, the hotel didn’t quite have the vibe or personal touch I usually look for.

The safe in the room was a bit of a concern for me; it wasn't secured to anything and was light enough to be carried off. Usually, you'd expect a safe to be firmly anchored, adding an extra layer of security for your valuables.

We recently stayed in Jonox and had a really pleasant stay. The rooms are impeccably clean and well maintained. Location was fantastic! It's conveniently situated, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The big Buddha is a 30min plus tuk tuk drive away and truly worth it! 7/11 and chemist right outside the front too, which come in handy when travelling with kids.

Only downsode would be that the hotel pool is a rooftop so limited on sun beds.. I think I counted 18 plus 3 day beds. I appreciate this is a rooftoop pool but a bit annoying when you have been out exploring the area and just want to chill by the pool.

Nice clean room with small terrace A 2 bottle of water every day was offered to a room

My side room was over a bar's and caffee shops which was a too noisy during late evening. Breakfast could offer more staff

Very lovely vacation in a Morden clean hotel in an ideal location to travel around Phuket

New and comfy hotel, staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are cozy and generally well equipped. Restaurant provided decent food and variety of drinks.

Was overpriced for the period of our stay: almost $150 per night is way too much. Breakfast does not have that many choosies of food as I've expected.

excellent pretty much summarizes our conversation experience at JONO x

The location is quiet and well located to access Karon beach . 7-11 , laundry ,hawker food stalls all a stones throw away but most of all the staff were exemplary considering the large volume of tourists they see in a h day.

Already mentioned in previous reviews it would be nice to have more lounge chairs although given the size limitations that may not be possible.

Superb

Stylish and modern design, well equipped, great rooftop pool, sustainable glass bottles in room and a good breakfast with sufficient options (egg station, 3 warm thai meals, soup, fruit, baked goods, pancakes, cereals with coffee and juices etc). Just a short walk from beach and restaurants. Helpful and very friendly staff!

Very good

Cleanliness and good infrastructure.

The Location could be better (at the other end of Karon beach is much more to do and moving around is possible only by taxi). They did not change the swimming towels 5 days long. At the reception they were always willing to help with some issues we had, but at the end they could not really help with any of it. Still, they were very friendly and always with a smile :)

Rooma were modern and clean. Good condition. Staff was very polite and sweet.

Breakfast was really basic. Not many options. No decent coffee, only instant coffee and hot water.

Great stay

The great location of the hotel, plenty of food options nearby and the beach is just a door step away from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and water pressure is good. The rooftop pool is definitely a big surplus and you can view Karon beach sunset from the pool.

Room size is rather small for the superior room i stayed in.
